It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the Bank of India Officers’ Association, Mumbai & Goa Unit, an organisation with a proud legacy of more than six decades.

Today, our Unit represents strength of more than 3500 officers across five Zones and Head Office. This wide organisational presence gives us both a responsibility and an opportunity to effectively represent the legitimate interests and aspirations of our members.

Our Association stands for unity, dignity, welfare, professional growth and collective representation. In an era of rapid technological transformation, it is increasingly important that officers remain united and have a strong platform to express their concerns and aspirations.

The strength of the Association lies in the unity and participation of every member.
